We strive to offer a professional and safe salon environment for all our clients, therefore the salon etiquette listed below is required to be followed:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time.
- 48/72 hours’ cancellation policy applies: less than 48/72 hours’ notice makes your deposit non-refundable.
- Any delay in the excess of 20 minutes will unfortunately result in a cancellation of your booking and your deposit being lost.
- Please inform us of any cancellation as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to a client on our waiting list.
- Due to health and safety regulations children are unfortunately unable to be in the treatment room, they are welcome on the premises but must be supervised by an adult in the waiting area.
- Due to the intricate work involved with carrying out the treatments, mobile phones must be switched off to avoid any disturbance to the technician during a treatment.
